Dental Implant Treatment
Patients with missing or unsavable teeth get stable, strong and lifelike teeth replacement with dental implants at Dr. Rodriguez’s office. She focuses on biomimetic and biologic dentistry—the use of materials that mimic your body’s natural structures, paired with minimally invasive techniques. She customizes every case to support natural healing, and offers metal-free zirconia implants as an alternative to titanium implants.
What is a
Dental Implant?
A dental implant is a biocompatible replacement for a tooth root that is surgically placed into the jawbone to support a new artificial tooth or teeth. It is a far more conservative solution for tooth replacement than a traditional bridge. While a bridge requires shaving down adjacent teeth to support a replacement tooth, an implant leaves neighboring teeth untouched and instead replaces the missing tooth’s root in order to provide a strong and solid foundation for a new crown (single tooth), bridge (several adjacent teeth) or denture (full set of teeth).

A Skilled and Knowledgable
Implant Dentist
Dr. Rodriguez provides implant-supported teeth that are virtually indistinguishable from natural teeth in look, feel and function. She has been providing implant treatment for a decade and is highly trained, including a six-month implant residency. She works closely with her husband, periodontist Dr. Molina, who handles the surgical placement of the implants while Dr. Rodriguez handles everything else—including treatment planning, creation of the new teeth and, if needed, any extractions or bone grafting. She also provides ozone therapy to fully disinfect the surgical site and accelerate healing.
Implant Placement
By a Specialist
Dr. Molina is a board-certified periodontist, an expert in the surgical techniques needed for successful dental implant placement. He is Dr. Rodriguez’s partner in providing implant treatment and has extensive experience handling cases ranging from routine to highly complex. Over the last decade, Dr. Molina has completed more than 2,000 dental implant procedures, giving him the depth of experience needed to deliver consistently strong outcomes.

3D Imaging and
Planning
Dr. Rodriguez uses the latest technologies to plan for precise and successful implant treatment. A dental CT scan shows her your full oral anatomy in a 3D X-ray, and she uses special implant-planning software to simulate the procedure ahead of the actual surgery so there are no surprises.
Naturally Accelerated Healing
With Ozone and PRF
After the procedure, Dr. Rodriguez uses ozone therapy and PRF to speed up recovery by boosting the body’s natural healing abilities.
Ozone is a special type of oxygen that kills harmful germs, increases oxygen in the tissues and improves blood flow. This creates a cleaner, healthier environment around the implant so your gums and bone can repair themselves more quickly and with less inflammation and discomfort.
PRF is short for “platelet-rich fibrin.” Dr. Rodriguez takes a small sample of your blood and spins it in a centrifuge to separate out and condense the naturally occurring PRF. Applying this concentrated material to the site of implant placement boosts also reduces inflammation and speeds up healing.

Metal-Free
Zirconia Implants
Most dental implants are made from biocompatible titanium, but Dr. Rodriguez also offers metal-free zirconia implants as an alternative for patients who prefer to avoid metal. Zirconia is a strong ceramic material that integrates well with bone and eliminates concerns about the metal sensitivities some people experience.
Natural-Looking Teeth
That Preserve Your Bone
It doesn’t matter if you need one, several or all of your teeth replaced, Dr. Rodriguez will give you stable, strong and beautiful implant-supported new teeth that look, feel and function like natural teeth. During your consultation, she will recommend the best solution for your specific need.

Replacing a Single Tooth
An implant, topped with a custom crown, is the ideal way to replace a single tooth. It does not harm adjacent teeth the way a traditional dental bridge does.

Replacing Several Teeth
Multiple adjacent teeth can be replaced with an implant bridge using as few as two dental implants.

New Teeth in One Day
Dr. Rodriguez offers permanently fixed-in full sets of teeth with New Teeth in One Day. Patients can comfortably eat whatever they want again!

Snap-In Dentures
For older patients, and patients looking for an economical alternative to permanently fixed-in teeth, Dr. Rodriguez often recommends removable snap-in overdentures.
